<p>PURPOSE: An icon sheet for a mobile apparatus display for reducing a manufacturing cost with the reduction of the failure rate is provided to reduce error rate by reducing the bubble between the double sided tape and icon sheet. CONSTITUTION: An icon sheet(10) for a mobile apparatus display comprises a substrate(12), a printing layer(14) and a coating layer(16). A printing layer is formed in the edge part of a single-side of substrate. The coating layer prevents the attach of an OCA(Optical Clear Adhesive), the generation of the bubble due to the level difference between substrate and the printing layer. The coating layer fills up the level difference between the substrate and the printing layer. In order that the single-side of substrate on the whole flats, an UV(UltraViolet) coating solution is spread in the single-side of substrate. The coating layer is formed with the hardening of the UV coating solution.</p> |
