PURPOSE: A system which manufactures a film with a cut-out line which can be cut, and attaches the film to an object is provided to prevent the cut-out line from being arbitrarily cut, even though the film is rolled in unit of roll. CONSTITUTION: A system which manufactures a film with a cut-out line which can be cut, and attaches the film to an object comprises a work roll(10), first and second film supply rolls(20,40), and a cut-out line foaming unit(30). The work roll is a place on which the films are laminated. A third film is laminated on the place by jointing the first and second films. The first and second film supply rolls are separately arranged on one side and the other side from the work roll. The first and second film supply rolls supply the first and second films to the work roll. The cut-out line foaming unit forms the specified cut-out on the first film.
