PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a plastic chain and the plastic chain are provided to increase the elasticity of the chain unit and to improve experience of exterior by narrowing the width of a chain unit and bending a center part to the inside. CONSTITUTION: A plastic chain is made by injection molding a plurality of chain units(S1). The chain of the high temperature is naturally cooled in the room temperature(S2). The cooled chain is heated in a boiling water bath which is filled with boiling water(S3). If the chain is heated by the boiling water, the both sides of the chain is stretched right and left(S4). The chain is taken out of the boiling water tank and is naturally cooled in the room temperature(S5).
