<p>PURPOSE: An OLED display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the lifespan of a display panel by shielding the peripheral area of a drain contact hole. CONSTITUTION: A switch TFT(Thin Film Transistor)(SWTFT) and a drive TFT(DRTFT) are formed on a substrate(110). An overcoat layer(118) is formed on the switch TFT and the drive TFT to remove a step due to the switch TFT and the drive TFT. A drain contact hole exposes a part of the drain electrode of the drive TFT by passing through the overcoat layer. A first electrode is contacted with the drain electrode of the drive TFT. A bank pattern(121) divides the opening area of a unit pixel. An organic compound layer(122) is formed on the substrate. A second electrode is formed on the organic compound layer.</p> |
