PURPOSE: A heat exchanger is provided to promptly and directly sense the inner leakage of the coolant. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger(100) comprises tubes(20), a fin(30), and a pair of header tanks(10). The fin is interposed between the tubes and increases heating surface area with air flowing between the tubes. The header tank is coupled with the both ends of the tube and enable the flow of the heat exchange media. The header tank comprises a lower member(12) and an upper member(11). Tube insertion holes(13) are formed on one side of the lower member and are coupled with the tubes. The upper member comprises a through-hole forming a flow path and grooves. The grooves are formed at fixed intervals and are placed along a longitudinal direction.
