PURPOSE: A donor substrate for laser induced thermal imaging and a method for manufacturing an organic light emitting display device are provided to prevent wrinkles on the surface of the light emitting layer by forming a first transfer layer or buffer layer between the light-heat conversion layer and a light emitting layer. CONSTITUTION: A light-heat conversion layer(110) is formed on a base layer(100). A first transfer layer(120) is formed on the light-heat conversion layer. The first transfer layer is made of an organic or inorganic material with an LUMO(Lowest Unoccupied Molecular Orbital) energy level of 2.6 to 3.0 eV and bandgap energy of 2.8 to 3.4 eV. A second transfer(130) is formed on the first transfer layer and includes a light emitting layer.
