ULTRAVIOLET RAY RADIATION APPARATUS

PURPOSE: An ultraviolet ray radiation apparatus is provided to radiate matched infrared ray even if the kind and shape of electrode-less lamp is changed. CONSTITUTION: A high frequency power source(11) is comprised of a magnetron(12) generating microwave based on the power source. A lamp house(17) receives an electrode-less lamp consisting of a light transmitting dielectric body sealing a light emitting medium. A coaxial cable(14) transfers the microwave oscillated from the magnetron to the lamp house. A matching adjusting unit(16) controls the match state of the microwave radiating the electrode-less lamp according to change of electrode-less lamp.
