The device is a boiler with one or more heat pumps, a storage reservoir for heating water, a hot water tank and a set of hydraulic components in objects of a public housing and other amenities, which is still used by the supply of heat and hot water only from external sources. This boiler is a supplier of heat for central heating and hot water supply in these objects. Connecting objects to an external heat source and to an external source of hot water is retained for covering the deliveries at the time of their peak consumption or for the case of shutdown of the boiler with heat pumps for any reason.
