The present invention pertains to the cream liqueur technology and industry, field, regarding the formulas and manufacture of cream liqueurs; more particularly the invention refers to a novel composition of cream liqueur, which is characterised in that it consists of an emulsion from an alcohol extract of Damiana (Turnera difusa L.) using ethanol, water, concentrated milk and sugar; in concentrations of about 2.50% +/- 0.5% of Damina alcohol extract, 50% +/- 2% of milk (contains a 6% of butyric fat and 6% of protein), 1% of an emulsifier and 36% +/- 3% of Sugar Brix degrees; the composition comprises an alcohol degree of 16%/vol. ± 3%.
