<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing the lightweight aggregate is provided to recycle waste effectively by using sludge, clay and styrofoam and to reduce the cost. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing the lightweight aggregate comprises the steps of (10) collecting the dehydrated sludge; (30) mixing the materials consisting of sludge, clay and styrofoam; (40) molding the materials by a centrifugal former into the aggregate of a sphere shape; (50) secondly drying the aggregate at a low temperature; (60) sintering aggregate to a temperature of 450°C ~ 1150°C; and (70) producing the lightweight aggregate.</p> |
