PURPOSE: A system and a method for providing an advertisement by synchronizing a broadcast and a recording medium therefor are provided to use a broadcast synchronization based advertisement output terminal device as an advertisement medium synchronized with an interactive broadcast, thereby making profits by providing various advertisements associated with an interactive broadcast. CONSTITUTION: A system and a method for providing an advertisement by synchronizing a broadcast and a recording medium therefor comprise the following steps. Broadcast information about broadcast contents outputted through a broadcasting receiver is checked(195). At least one advertisement data that an advertiser registers corresponding to the broadcast information is checked. Advertisement data is outputted on a part of a screen through a screen output unit.
