PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing beverage compositions is provided to restrict and delay crystallization of creatine monohydrate produced in a temperature of 4°C or less, and to improve quality stability and safety of the compositions. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing beverage compositions includes the following steps: adding creatine monohydrate and cyclodextrin in water; adjusting pH of liquid to 8.0 ~ 9.0; sterilizing the liquid after agitating; and cooling the liquid. A sterilization process is performed in 85~100°C or 20 ~ 40 seconds or in 120~135°C for 10 ~ 40 seconds. The compositions include 0.3 ~ 3.0 weight% of the creatine monohydrate and 0.1 ~ 1.5 weight% of the cyclodextrin.
