PURPOSE: A capacitor type seat sensor is provided, which prevents malfunction of the passenger sensing as the slip phenomenon of the conductive panel is improved. CONSTITUTION: A capacitor type seat sensor comprises a cushion pad(1000), a safety-panel(100), a conductive panel(300), and a fixture. The safety-panel is installed in the upper side of the cushion pad, is composed of the upper end, middle end, and lower end, and is extended to the front of the cushion pad at the regular length. The conductive panel is comprised of a sensor antenna panel and a sensor guide panel. In order to prevent crumple of the conductive panel, the fixture fixes the extended front-end of safety-panel in the bottom part of the cushion pad.
