PURPOSE: A control system for a mild hybrid vehicle is provided to start an engine using a motor generator in a rebooting the engine after a idle-stop and to improve an output performance and a fuel efficiency by controlling a driving to support an engine torque using a swing torque of the motor generator. CONSTITUTION: A control apparatus of a mild hybrid vehicle comprises: a first motor controller(15) which includes an inverter for driving a motor generator(11); a second motor controller(16) which includes the inverter for driving a cooling fan motor(12); and a DC/DC converter(17) which receives an energy form a battery and supplies a power to the first motor controller and the second motor controller when the motor generator and cooling fan motor are operated. The DC/DC converter stores electricity from the motor generator in the battery(14) when an engine(10) is operated.
