PURPOSE: A rotary roller and a substrate transferring apparatus with the same are provided to prevent a rotary roller from being separated from the rotary shaft in use and simply and accurately enable assembly. CONSTITUTION: A substrate transferring apparatus with a rotary roller comprises a roller(10), a rotary shaft, a first fixing member(20), and a second fixing member(30). The roller is composed of an inner circumferential part(11), an outer circumferential part(12), and a hub-spoke(13). A through-hole is formed at the center of the roller. The rotary shaft is inserted into the through-hole. The first fixing member is screwed with the inner side of the through-hole. The second fixing member is inserted and coupled between the first fixing member and the rotary shaft. The second fixing member fixes the roller on the rotary shaft. The second fixing member comprises the frames which are placed at fixed intervals.
