A JOURNAL UNION CONSTRUCTION OF A LOAD-TESTING APPARATUS FOR A TRAIN BOGIE FRAME

PURPOSE: A journal joint structure for a load-testing device of a bogie frame is provided to test an actual load of a bogie frame by dispersing stress concentration applied to the bogie frame during a load test. CONSTITUTION: A journal joint structure for a load-testing device of a bogie frame is composed of dummy axles(20), a bogie frame(10), journal boxes(30), and ball bearings(40). The journal boxes support the bogie frame. The bogie frame is placed by the journal boxes and the ball bearings. A load-testing device of the bogie frame applies power to the top and side of the bogie frame, and measures all kinds of loads and reaction force.
