PURPOSE: A residual gas discharging apparatus for a portable gasholder is provided to reduce the concern of a safety accident by easily discharging gas without forming a hole on the gasholder. CONSTITUTION: A residual gas discharging apparatus for a portable gasholder comprises a gas discharge nozzle(11), a fixed rib(12), and a hook(21). The gas discharge nozzle has the shape of a pipe projected from the center. The fixed rib is circular and the outer end of the fixed rib is stepped. The hook has the length corresponding to the diameter of the fixed rib. A pressure projection(22) is formed in the gas discharge nozzle.
