<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insertion device automatically inserting the cannula of a subcutaneous infuser while preventing the distal end of a used insertion needle from being stuck to the finger of a wearer. <P>SOLUTION: The insertion device includes: a housing 1; a plunger 10 for holding an indwelling member 100; a lifter 20 housed inside the housing 1 in the state relatively movable in the axial direction to the plunger 10, a needle holder 30 housed inside the housing 1 and provided with a projection part 31 which can be locked by the plunger 10 and the lifter 20; an insertion needle 40 held in a needle holder 10 and inserted to the cannula 100A; and a spring 50 provided between the plunger 10 and the lifter 20 and energizing them in the direction of separating the plunger 10 and the lifter 20. The projection part 31 of the needle holder 30 is locked to the plunger 10 before the indwelling member 100 reaches the body surface of the wearer, and is locked to the lifter 20 after the indwelling member 100 reaches the body surface of the wearer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
