PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of disposing an air conditioner for a vehicle, which reduces the longitudinal size of an engine compartment by attaining compatibility between the disposing of a pressure accumulator and the disposing of a vehicle auxiliary machine without affecting a crash space. SOLUTION: In the structure of disposing the air conditioner for the vehicle, a dash panel 13 is provided to partition between a vehicle interior and the engine compartment 11 in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, a heat exchanger 2 for heat radiation is disposed ahead of a power train unit 40 disposed in the engine compartment 11, the pressure accumulator 6 provided in a refrigerant circulation path is disposed on one side of the power train unit 40 in the lateral direction of the vehicle, and the vehicle auxiliary machine 10 is provided on the other side in the lateral direction of the vehicle.
