<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a challenge of how quickly people around respond to a sudden change in physical condition of a driver, against the backdrop of an aging society. <P>SOLUTION: A hazard lamp, which is provided on all vehicles, is diverted (embedding relays), and the number of times in which it blinks is increased (typically 60 to 120 times per minute).
