PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perspiration amount measuring method and a perspiration amount measuring patch which can simply, easily and accurately measure the perspiration amount of the whole body. SOLUTION: The perspiration amount measuring patch includes: a first film 12 in which a self-adhesive 11 is provided on one surface of a transparent film; and an opaque non-display part 16 printed on a surface on the opposite side of the self-adhesive 11 of the first film 12 and formed with a spaced transparent display part 14 which is long in one direction. The perspiration amount measuring patch includes: a scale 18 provided along the longitudinal direction of the display part 14; a sweat adsorbing material 20 which is attached to the back surface of the first film 12 facing the display part 14 and is long in one direction; a color developer 22 which is provided on the sweat adsorbing material 20 and develops a color by moisture; and a second film 24 attached to the back surface of the first film 12 covering the sweat adsorbing material 20 and the color developer 22 and provided with an adhesive 25 on the surface on the opposite side of the sweat adsorbing material 20. Facing one end part in the longitudinal direction of the sweat adsorbing material 20 of the second film 24, an opening 26 where the second film 24 is cut out and the sweat adsorbing material 20 is exposed is provided.
