PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for recovering plankton algae, advantageous for the recovery, workability and cost for the plankton algae. SOLUTION: The recovery apparatus 100 for recovering plankton algae cultured in a culture liquid from the culture liquid includes pipe routes 110 for forming the flow route of the culture liquid containing the plankton algae, and a belt conveyer 140 for separating the plankton algae from the culture liquid flowing in the second pipe route 130 among the pipe routes 110. For example, the belt portion 141 of the belt conveyer 140 is formed of a net-like mesh fabric, and plankton algae having a prescribed size or more can be taken out of the culture liquid of the second pipe route 130.
