PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a down-force generator capable of obtaining desired steering stability. SOLUTION: The down-force generator 1 has a vortex generating means 2 for generating a vortex by traveling air in an oscillating manner with the vertical direction being the axis with respect to an under-floor of a vehicle, and an oscillating means for oscillating the vortex generating means 2 so that the angle of indicating direction of the vortex generating means 2 with respect to the vehicle longitudinal direction is agreed with the steering angle of a steering device of the vehicle.
