PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tomography breast imaging system capable of more easily obtaining a tomography breast image by preventing the irregularity of an X-ray transmitting distance in a mammo CT. SOLUTION: The tomography breast imaging system is equipped with: a top plate 12 equipped with a hole 14 permitting the breast B to pass; a breast housing member 15 which receives the breast B suspended from the hole 14, draws the breast B under negative pressure to draw the same from the ribs R and attracts the breast B to its inner wall to bring the same close to a columnar shape; an X-ray generator 20 for radiating a cone beam C; an X-ray detector 18 for detecting the incident intensity of X-rays; a stand 16 loaded with the X-ray generator 20 and the X-ray detector 18 to be rotated around a rotation axis A; and a control unit for controlling the motion of the top plate 12 and the stand 16 and the operation of the X-ray generator 20 and the X-ray detector 18.
