<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration damper capable of improving vibration control performance. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An abutting part S2 between a vibration control member 25 and a collar part 23 is arranged inside the radial direction more than an outer peripheral edge part E1 of the collar part 23. Thus, noise and vibration of a wiper motor (a vibration body) unable to be damped by the vibration control member 25 can be transmitted to the collar part 23. Since the collar part 23 abuts on a caulking nut 32 integrated into an installation part 11, rigidity of a part of the collar part 23, that is, rigidity of a transmission passage such as noise and vibration can be enhanced, and the vibration control performance can be improved.
