PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reception diversity circuit attaining measurement time reduction and stabilization for a reception level, and also to provide a diversity receiver equipped with it. SOLUTION: The diversity receiver 10 includes: a waveform shaping circuit 15 equipped with a resistance R and a capacitor C1 for shaping waveforms of an RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indicator) signal; a capacitor C2 of which the one end of the terminal is connected to the earth side of the waveform shaping circuit 15; and a second switch 16 to which the other end of the terminal of the capacitor C2 is connected. The second switch 16 switches alternatively between a terminal 16a and a terminal 16b. If the terminal 16b is selected by the second switch 16, a part of electron charges accumulated in the capacitor C1 of the waveform shaping circuit 15 are moved to and accumulated in the capacitor C2. If the terminal 16a is selected by the second switch 16, the capacitor C2 discharges the accumulated electron charges to earth. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
