PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crosslinkable silyl group-containing methacrylate polymer which avoids or suppresses viscosity rise and has very good storage stability, a method for producing the crosslinkable silyl group-containing methacrylate polymer, and a curable composition containing the crosslinkable silyl group-containing methacrylate polymer. SOLUTION: In the crosslinkable silyl group-containing methacrylate polymer, the amount of an acid present in the polymer is controlled to≤4.0 mmolKOH/kg in terms of acid number.
