PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery cooling system for a vehicle capable of securely performing an internal air circulation mode of an air conditioner without deteriorating the cooling efficiency of a battery. SOLUTION: A ventilation port 8, a first air exhaust duct 14 discharging battery exhaust air which is air after cooling the battery to a cargo chamber 6, and a second air exhaust duct 11 discharging the battery exhaust air to the vicinity of an internal air circulation port 13 are arranged in a battery case 7. A battery exhaust air switch valve 10 is arranged between the battery case 7 and the first air exhaust duct 14. In an external air introducing mode, a controller 18 opens a battery exhaust air switch valve 10 and emits the battery exhaust air outside the vehicle through the first air exhaust duct 14, the cargo chamber 6, and a drafter 16. In an internal air circulating mode, the battery exhaust air switch valve 10 is closed, the battery exhaust air is sucked to the air conditioner 2 through the second air exhaust duct 11, a discharge port 12, and the internal air circulation port 13, and the air conditioned by the air conditioner 2 is emitted into a cabin.
