<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nondestructive inspecting device capable of stably evaluating a near-side crack, a far-side crack, and an internal crack at relatively low cost in a short time and miniaturizing and lightening itself while eliminating the influence of lift-off by using a method of a magnetic potentiometer. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The nondestructive inspecting device includes: a pickup core 8 for measuring the magnetic potential difference between two points in the magnetic flux transmitted through the inside of an object from the outside of the object; a fourth coil 9; a second integrator 10; a second power amplifier 11; a third coil 12; an A/D converter 13 for detecting the existence of an internal defect of the object by detecting a variation of the measurement magnetic potential difference when the pickup core is moved relative to the object; and a microcomputer 1.
