<p>A method for checking insect-resistant transgenic rice comprises: (1) adding 4 specific primers and a DNA polymerase having chain replacement activity to amplify sample DNA template at 63~65?; and (2) evaluating whether there is amplification reaction or not by visualizing directly the turbidity of deposit in amplification pipe or the color change of SYBR Green adding into amplification pipe.</p>
