PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a metal bearing material is provided to simplify the process by removing complex processes including sintering and rolling, and to improve rigidity and abrasion resistance of the metal bearing material by heat-treating a rear side material and a coating layer. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a metal bearing material comprises the following steps: flatting a rear side material with a flatting device; spraying alloy power at a temperature lower than the melting point with gas of high pressure and high temperature to the surface of the rear side material; and rolling the rear side material coated with alloy powder. A plastic deformation is generated on the rear side material and the alloy powder coated layer during the coating process of the alloy powder.
