PURPOSE: A device for converting dc/dc is provided to reduce EMI(Electro Magnetic Interference) by soft-switching MOS transistor. CONSTITUTION: A DC / DC converter comprises an input inductor(L), a resonant unit(300), a first switching element(100), a first diode(D10), a second diode(D20), a second switching element(200), and a smoothing capacitor(Co). The resonant unit comprises a resonant inductor(Lr), a first resonant capacitor(Cr1), and a second resonant capacitor(Cr2). The first switching element comprises a first switching element(S1) and a first backward diode(D1). The first switching element is connected to a resonant inductor. The first diode is connected between the first resonant capacitor and the first switching element. The second diode is connected between the first resonant capacitor and the resonant inductor. The second switching element comprises a second switching element(S2) and the second backward diode(D2). The second switching element is connected to the second resonant capacitor. The smoothing capacitor is connected to the second switching element.
