METHOD FOR OPERATING BIOREACTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for operating a bioreactor that is able to function as a bioreactor for supporting and culturing a living tissue.

SOLUTION: The method includes supplying nutrients to a well (14); supplying a biological material into a dish (24) which is supported in a base (12) over the well (14); the dish (24) including a membrane (20) on which the biological material is supported and that allows the nutrients to interact with the biological materials; covering the well (14) and the base (12) with a lid (26) having sealing ports (28) and (30); and introducing or removing biological materials and/or nutrients using a tubular member through the ports (28) and (30) without removing the lid (26).
