<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a state in which a vehicle can travel without troubles when abnormality occurs in a detection means detecting a state of a clutch in a vehicle automatically stopping and restarting an engine. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle system including the engine, drive wheels, a clutch transmitting and shutting off power, and clutch sensors detecting states of the clutch includes a process for automatically stopping the engine under operation when automatic stop conditions are satisfied, a process for restarting the engine when restart conditions are satisfied after automatic stop, and a process for continuing operation of the engine even in a case that the automatic stop conditions are satisfied during engine operation if abnormality exists in the clutch sensors. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
