<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a transmitting terminal which improves the safety of information transmission by transmitting information so that bit errors increase in an eavesdropping terminal even when the suppression of its radio output is restricted, and obtain receiving, communicating terminals, and an information distributing system. <P>SOLUTION: The transmitting terminal includes an information generating portion 140 for generating information transmitted to an addressing receiving terminal 200, a transmitting portion 170 for transmitting the information generated by the information generating portion 140, a delivery managing portion 150 for managing the transmission information, and a receiving portion 180 for receiving the information transmitted by the addressing receiving terminal 200. The information generating portion 140 generates redundant information ri to enable the addressing receiving terminal 200 to obtain transmitting information, and makes the transmitting portion 170 transmit it.
