PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic information management system that prevents the degradation of prediction accuracy of arrival time. SOLUTION: The traffic information management system includes: a traffic information acquisition part 20 for acquiring traffic information 410 including a travel situation of a vehicle of each link defined in map information 400; a change point detection part 30 for comparing information of each spot included in the map information 400 and information of each spot detected on the vehicle side, and detecting a change point of traffic environment causing a change of the traffic information from a result of the comparison; a traffic information monitoring part 40 for monitoring a change amount of the traffic information 410 occurring caused by the change of the traffic environment; and a traffic information correction part 50 for replacing the traffic information corresponding to the change point detected by the change point detection part 30 with substitutional traffic information related to another spot obtained based on the traffic environment after the change when it is decided that the change amount of the traffic information 410 is a prescribed value or above.
