PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress that improper support is performed to driving action of a driver. SOLUTION: This driving action estimation device acquires an image wherein a space in front of one's own vehicle is photographed, and detects whether or not an object is present on the photographic image (S1010). Hereinafter, the detected object is referred to as a forward obstacle. Thereafter, the driving action estimation device detects a distance Df between the forward obstacle and the own vehicle (hereinafter, referred to as an obstacle distance Df) (S1050). The driving action estimation device decides whether the obstacle distance Df is larger than a warning distance decision value Dj or not (S1090). Here, when the obstacle distance Df is the warning distance decision value Dj or below (S1090: NO), the driving action estimation device sets an alarm prohibition flag F2 as 1 (S1110). Thereby, when it is estimated that the driver does not perform vehicle stop action in a temporary stop spot, warning of the effect of prompting the driver to temporarily stop the own vehicle is prohibited.
