<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nature-friendly biodegradable agricultural sheet having moderate penetration resistance, a moderate light shielding ratio and a moderate reflection ratio so as to exert an excellent weedproof effect on inhibiting the growth of weeds and the like, have an excellent sugar concentration-increasing function and excellent effect on improvement in appearance of fruit and the like, and need no times and labor for collecting the sheet owing to its biodegradation after used. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The biodegradable agricultural sheet includes a composite nonwoven fabric obtained by laminating a nonwoven fabric (A) which is composed of biodegradable fibers each having a fiber diameter of 1-20 μm, and a nonwoven fabric B which is composed of biodegradable fibers each having a fiber diameter of 5-40 μm. The sheet has a penetration resistance of 5-50 N, a light shielding ratio of 95-100 wt.%, and a reflection ratio of 5-65 wt.% at least one side thereof. Ž<P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT Ž
