<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a squid-fishing tackle used for the so-called Yaen fishing method (a kind of squid-fishing method) and having a structure which hardly releases squid, when the squid is hooked. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The squid-fishing tackle 10 includes a shaft 11, a plurality of fishhooks 12 radially disposed on the front end side of the shaft 11, and line-holding portions 20 disposed on the shaft 11, characterized in that the point 13a of a fishhook 13 disposed in the uppermost direction among the fishhooks 12 is projected on the radially outer sides of the points 14a, 15a, 16a of fishhooks 14, 15, 16 disposed in the other directions and on the rear end side of the shaft 11.
