PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a season ticket redemption apparatus that can perform accurate redemption by accurately determining whether or not to apply a transit discount. SOLUTION: If a season ticket section includes a junction, it is determined whether or not all the stations included in a first route from a departure station to the junction and a second route from the junction to a destination station of the route of the season ticket section from the departure station to the destination station via passage stations and the junction are within the range of transit discount sections. If all the stations in the first and second routes are within the range of transit discount sections, transit discount amounts are applied to the calculation of a redemption amount.
