At least one of the first supply device and the second supply device is rotatable. A layer structure of yarn layers is formed on a peripheral surface of the mandrel. The layer structure of yarn layers includes at least yarn arrangement layers formed respectively by the first and second supply devices and a woven layer formed by the braider.
