PURPOSE: A container bag having the cut upper plate is provided, which has the effect of minimizing the load focused on the corner part by cutting of the upper plate. CONSTITUTION: A container bag having the cut upper plate is constituted as follows. The part formed extendly from the body portion to the upper becomes the upper plate(200). The upper plate is cut radially in the boundary line between the body portion(100) and the upper plate and is divided into a plurality of plates. The adjacent upper plates are connected to each other. The radial cutting of the upper plate is performed along the cut-out line which is mutually detached from each other.
