PURPOSE: A shock absorber structure of a vehicle is provided to compensate the inclination of a cap by lifting the shock absorber according to rotating of a bushing. CONSTITUTION: A shock absorber structure of a vehicle comprises a spacer(180), a bushing(160), a seat member(153) and a spring member(155). The spacer is fixed to a lower shock absorber. The bushing is located on top of the spacer and gradually rises. The seat member is integrated with the bushing. The spring member locates on top of the seat member. The spring member moves along with the bushing when the bushing rises, and moves a cap mounting part of the shock absorber.
