<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording method excellent in an image drawing property, and an ink set. <P>SOLUTION: The inkjet recording method includes a processing liquid imparting step for imparting a processing liquid containing a flocculant which flocculates an ingredient in the ink composition on a recording medium before the ink composition for forming an ink image is discharged and an image recording step for sequentially discharging on the recording medium imparted with the processing liquid from the ink composition low in surface tension by an inkjet method to record an image using at least two types of ink compositions different in the surface tension.
