<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flareless pipe coupling structure improved in carry-in cost, management cost and workability of installation work, excelling in workability and preventing a ferrule from coming in partial contact with piping, and a valve, a flareless pipe fitting and a refrigerating device using such a flareless pipe coupling structure. <P>SOLUTION: In the flareless pipe coupling structure, the ferrule 3 is so formed as to be independent of a fitting body and a joint member 2. The fitting body has a female thread tubular section with a female thread section formed in the inner peripheral surface and screwed with the joint member 2, and a cam surface. The joint member 2 has a pipe connection section 23 with a male thread section 23a formed on the outer periphery and screwed with the female thread section. The ferrule 3 is temporarily affixed at its rear end to the fitting body side end of the pipe connection section 23 rotatably and axially movably within a predetermined range, is transportable while being integrated with the joint member 2, and can be assembled in the fitting body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
