<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video and sound reproducing device capable of achieving a reproduction sound field having more presence by combining video images subjected to video zoom processing about the video and sound reproducing device for performing video zoom processing for reproducing a portion of a video image by expanding/reducing the portion of a video image. <P>SOLUTION: The video and sound reproducing device includes a video signal processing circuit for performing video zoom processing of a video signal, a sound signal processing circuit for changing each level of a multi-channel sound signal to be reproduced together with the video signal, and each delay time, and a control circuit for controlling the video signal processing circuit and the sound signal processing circuit.
