摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve utilization efficiency of an exhaust gas additive fuel with regard to an exhaust emission control device of an internal combustion engine. <P>SOLUTION: The exhaust emission control device of the internal combustion engine is equipped with: an NOx catalyst 20 provided in an exhaust passage 18 of a diesel engine 2 to be used for exhaust emission control; an exhaust fuel adding injector 38 for adding fuel in an exhaust gas in an upper stream side of the NOx catalyst 20; a gasification promoter adding device (a gasification promoter tank 44 and a control valve 44) for adding a gasification promoter for promoting the gasification of fuel to fuel supplied to the exhaust fuel adding injector 38; an exhaust temperature sensor 54 for obtaining an exhaust temperature; a catalyst bed temperature sensor 56 for obtaining a bed temperature of the NOx catalyst 20; and an addition control means for controlling the addition of the gasification promoter by means of the gasification promoter adding device based on the exhaust temperature and the catalyst bed temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
