<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer a mirror surface and embossed surface in which molding thickness can be thin, without residual strain and suitable for an optical use, with high precision. <P>SOLUTION: When a sheet-like molten resin (P) extruded from a die (D) is introduced into a second pinching part (2) from a first pinching part (1), and pinched and molded, in the first pinching part (1), the pinching and molding is carried out between a first metal elastic roll (20) outside which a first elastic outer cylinder (21) having elasticity is attached, and a high rigid main roll (10), and in the second pinching part (2), the pinching and molding is carried out between a second metal elastic roll (30) having a second elastic outer cylinder (31) thicker than the first elastic outer cylinder (21) and having elasticity, and the main roll (10). Molding pressure (F2) of the second metal elastic roll (30) in the second pinching part (2) is made higher than moulding pressure (F1) of the first metal elastic roll (20) in the first pinching part (1). The second pinching part (2) is disposed in a range where temperature of the sheet-like molten resin (P) is equal to or higher than glass transition point and equal to or lower than a temperature of 40°C higher than the glass transition point. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
