<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tuning device capable of improving endurance of the device without deteriorating a tuning function. <P>SOLUTION: The tuning device 10 includes: a tuning device body 15 provided with an electric circuit which calculates a tuning state of a musical instrument; a clip portion 11 including a pair of plate materials for attaching the tuning device body onto the musical instrument; joint members 17, 19 for joining the tuning device body with the clip portion; and a vibration sensor 13 which detects sound emitted from the musical instrument, wherein the connection member includes a first rotation part which makes the clip part freely rotatable around the extension direction of the connection member and a second rotation part which makes the tuning device body freely rotatable around the direction intersecting the extension direction.
