<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device of a new idea for welding a nonwoven fabric, free from the need of preparation or posttreatment for sewing, and enabling even a young person to easily make a nonwoven fabric product. <P>SOLUTION: The device (A) for welding the nonwoven fabric includes making the nonwoven fabric product by welding a nonwoven fabric (a) made of a thermoplastic resin. The device (A) for welding a nonwoven fabric includes a working bench 2 for putting the nonwoven fabric (a) on, and a welding device B which welds the nonwoven fabric (a) put on the working bench 2. The welding device B includes a contact part 3 which contacts the nonwoven fabric (a) put on the working bench 2, a working axis 4 which is arranged in the contact part 3 and is retractable from the contact part 3 to the lower side, and a motor 5 which rotatably drives the working axis 4.
